Walking into the kidney society centre in Papatoetoe is, people tell us, a good experience.
People come and go, wanting to talk to our staff, to pick up some information, drop off their raffle books or items for our garage sale, borrow a wheelchair or buy a dialysis trolley, bring us a story for the magazine or help with our monthly garage sales.
